In the Dolomites, a World Heritage Site, at an altitude of 2,096 meters above sea-level, the Oberholz alpine hut with its sunny terrace affording an unbelievable panoramic view fits seamlessly into the natural mountain landscape.
The building design plays with the nearby surroundings and attempts to capture them through the three viewing windows facing the respective mountain groups.
The Oberholz mountain hut, directly accessible with or without skiers from the chairlift starting from Obereggen, is even heated with geothermal energy.
